I sure wouldn't be tempting my fate by using God's hand and name in declaring justice has been served prior to a fair trial. But do what you do best Aaron. Just like God probably had a hand in framing Brewington with false testimony. This sounds fishy. I find it hard to believe how a nursing home could receive a complaint about a murder and not report it to authorities. I'm pretty sure there are laws and regulations about reporting suspected abuse. Especially cases ending in death. I hope you are investigating the nursing home. The witness who seems to have family law enforcement connections doesn't report abuse? "I saw a murder the other day and did not report it to the police. Could you please pass the yams?" Then because Hess does not have any prior history of wrongdoing, you reveal extensive investigating determines she isn't well liked by the other patients, which is always an indicator of criminal activity. Put out an APB on every teacher disliked by their students because they might hurt kids in the class. What's wrong? Trying to taint the jury pool? Nothing like shamelessly trying to sway public opinion when facts should speak for themselves. But looking at the facts, you have an informal complaint from a witness claiming to watch (a skeleton of) a woman "shaken" to death without reporting to police, a nursing home who didn't report reckless homicide, and a medical opinion from a Dearborn County medical examiner who says the cause of death is from a fractured vertebrae which is consistent with the witness's accounts and not from losing consciousness in the bathroom, rushing a frail 77 year-old woman to the hospital, or from any of the attempts to recesitate her. Negangard best be carrying an umbrella to help shield the hand of God if it shall come looking for him someday.
