It is outrageous to me that the 107 person net that was thrown out for the chance of someone possibly breaking the law is considered ok and good by some. These people, presumed innocent were in jail for 3 months because they could not afford the bond. For a low level felony. How would that affect you? What happens if the prosecutor decides to cast a wide net and assume the people of your neighborhood have marijuana, and just sort it out while you spend a portion of the year in jail. Is that ok too?
