These people, presumed innocent were in jail for 3 months because they could not afford the bond. For a low level felony. How would that affect you? What happens if the prosecutor decides to cast a wide net and assume the people of your neighborhood have marijuana, and just sort it out while you spend a portion of the year in jail.
