Leland, LLC applied for a $650,000 (not $750,000)LOAN for 2% for with papers signed 5/14/2008. The principal plus any unpaid interest is due on 6/1/2015. The signers of that loan are David and Beth Zerbe.It was for office renovation. It is not a grant but a low interest loan from Lawrenceburg- it is not signed by the law partners. It is in the name of the building owners- Leland LLC - David and Beth Zerbe. The law partners pay RENT to the building owner(s) David and Beth Zerbe.
