How about this one for dear old yoy? The outcome of Dan's case and his current incarceration are two separate issues. The Judge made a decision. The appellate court ruled on it. Humphrey stayed on the case even after he initiated a criminal investigation of Brewington. The hubbub about the drive by was nonsense cooked up by our local yocals. Brewington may have a shot at release as it appears our prosecutor is in Boston protecting a teacher from being called "cute" by a nine year old. Thank goodness our prosecutor is everywhere!
