I see the lone yoy on here at it again. It seems yoy is good at this childish subjective psychological analysis of my brother's mind and his friend's and family's support of him but yoy never seems to answer to OBJECTIVE evidence. Prosecutor F. Aaron Negangard wants everyone to believe that all Dan had to do was get a mental health evaluation. The record states that, while feeling intimidated for months, Judge James D. Humphrey scheduled a hearing, concerning court approval of a mental health evaluator, for three months down the road. (for a father to get back to his two little girls) Then, a week before that hearing, Judge Humphrey stepped down citing an "investigation" that he had know about months before SETTING the hearing date. I have posed this question to yoy in the past but never seem to get an answer. Where is yoy's psychoanalysis of Judge Humphrey? Seems he needs some psychological help because what kind of man, judge, or human being obviously, intentionally obstructs a parents God-given right to raise his own children, (And two little girls right to their loving father) simply because the judge is mad. He couldn't very well state that Dan couldn't see his kids because the judge was mad at what Dan was saying about him on the internet. So judge James D. Humphrey used his power as a judge to childishly, unethically, and immorally punish Dan Brewington by keeping him from seeing his children. And remember, yoy, what Judge Humphrey testified to at Dan's criminal trial, when asked about setting that hearing date... "Honestly counselor, I can't recall."... Juries get decisions wrong everyday in our country and those decisions are often overturned on either procedural issues or issues of fact. Either way, yoy, the judicial process is not over until every court in the land that hears the case, makes their final ruling... So why did it take Judge Humphrey 10 months after he "feared" for his family's lives, to step down? The unfortunate reality is that the whole "intimidation" charge was cooked up by Negangard and Humphrey well after the fact, just to punish Dan. Judge Humphrey even made his own wife live in fear by subscribing to a "plot" to assassinate him, conjured up by a career criminal that the Cincinnati Police and the ATF knew was a complete lie. My guess is that SCU detective/county commissioner Shane McHenry also had this information but ignored it for the benefit of Negangard and Humphrey's scheme to "get" Dan... It's easy to shout "He's crazy" from the back of the room, yoy. The hard part is coming up to the lectern at the front of the room and having an honest debate about how and why Dearborn County "justice" is so inherently corrupt.
