 The only part I can't fathom is involving a family trust in divorce which has resulted detrimentally on his Mother. This is flat ass wrong!!! One must wait until a person passes away before it "belongs" to anyone. Revokable or not, I'm sure if her her health requires she is permitted to spend every penny in that trust and she would be permitted to sell the farm-this makes the inheritance worthless. Her assets are frozen. This SUCKS!! UNBELIEVABLE that this woman has stress due to the Courts. Dan is an adult for God's sake and they are attaching his Mommy's assets. NEVER would have believed it!!
