I have a hard time understanding this also. I decided to read about trusts and see if I could understand how this could happen. A trust has to have all monies/property changed and titled to the names in the trust. So, at the time of the divorce, money and property was in his name and his wife could go after it. This also must have been a "Revocable Living Trust" or the courts would not of put a hold on it.
Here is my question. With the revocable trust his mother should of titled/changed everything back to her name before the trial and hold and the problem would go away. YES or NO?
