 The Conservancy Board has taken extra compensation. They simply overpaid themselves. When you control when and how much you can pay yourself, you are going to get out of hand sometimes. They did. Look at some of the council members and how they are paid. Contracts, credit cards, gas cards and other things. They need to be stopped also.
