Answers, he hasn't paid anything other than child support because he has no job. He pushed the case not the "system" and ran up the legal bills so he gets to pay them. A judge from Rush county did not convict Dan. A jury of his neighbors did so the judge sentenced him according to the law. Dan could have taken a plea but wanted to fight it out and lost. The judge sat in the front row as was his right. Keep blaming everyone but Dan. There are thousands and thousands or divorces in this country involving children, why is this one different? Is it because Dearborn county has never had one before? Or is it because Dan has a problem with authority and can not take "no" for an answer.
