 He most certainly did need a judge's permission. I believe it was "a mental health professional approved by the court." You seem to be ignoring the FACT that Judge Humphrey set a hearing for approval of that professional for months down the road, then, a week before that hearing, the judge recused himself citing an ongoing "investigation"; an investigation he knew about months before even setting the hearing. It's pretty clear that Judge Humphrey obstructed Dan's ability to have a mental health care professional approved. You never seem to want to address that, yoy. Why oh why will you not address that yoy?
