Maybe you should ask them questions about why things are done as they are and then perhaps understand why some animals are not for public viewing. I am sure that they have specific reasons for the segregation. Which was not an option at the old shelter. And also visit the Animal Control area for a tour....there is a public access door in the front of the building....it is not a garage and no animals are kept there. I have toured it and it is a far cry from what they have ever had before.
