Thank you supporter for not being rude.
If a pet is lost, or if someone is looking for a pet, it's really great to be able to see all the animals, not just the ones ready to go home that same day.
I can understand any number of reasons they discourage visiting the intakes, or sick, but it's kind of a bummer. I've been told you can go to the other door to visit with animal control for lost pets etc.. I guess this helps them avoid cross contamination.
