Look at the bull$%&* that happened in this Brewington case.
The minute the public defender posted no witnesses it was obvious he was ignorant of his opponent's tactics.
Adequate defense should have read the entire file and consulted with the client in advance.
Adequate defense would have taken the "protect the judge" gloves off and exposed the vindictive factors in this case. And allowing the prosecutor to determine the focus of the arguments was negligence.
Let's not forget the sheriff and underlings undermining the client's ability to contribute to his defense by restricting his access to his medications as prescribed by his personal physician. Yeah this is bullsh^%*& IMHO
