After doing a little research, I have found that former Judge Michael G. Witte former Dearborn Co. Judge now is the Indiana Disaplinary Commision Executive Secratary, for you who dont know what that is! He sits on a 9 member commission that ensures that the Indiana Bar upholds the Rules of Conduct. He leads the group who investigates and prosecutes cases of attorney misconduct!!When was Dan`s complaint thrown out against what appears to be a teed off prosecutor!! I bet they have all eat lunch together, no not bet, might get arressted and put under $100,000.00 bond!On average a class D felony bond in Indiana is $5,000.00 so Dans bond was est.120 times higher for the average Joe,attempted murder doesnt require a $600,000.00 bond.Stranglation is $50,000 in a domestic case!!Unbeleivable and whithout any direct threats!!
