And don't forget the trumped up "drive by", no doubt concocted to ensure that he was denied access to outside council (in addition to controlling his meds as you point out). Where was the defense's challenge to this easily debunked lie at the bond hearing (not that it would have helped given that Blankenship appears to have been in on the fix)?
