 And I would go further, Higgins. In the timeline of events it seems that the prosecutor had an investigation that went on for 3 months and ended in Nov 2009. Negangard sits on it until early 2011. I'm betting all the renewed excitement was because the prosecutor, Negangard, was becoming a subject of the criticism. Fear that the internet posts about Negangard would surface when he goes for another larger campaign might be more properly his motivation to get Brewington and his writing off the internet. Watch what they do for sentencing, they will try to silence the blogger.
