 Our court did not give a list of approved psychologists and turned down one Dan Brewington got. The one finally approved is 2 hours away in Brown County, IN according to Dan Brewington's blog.
Does it seem like the court is making it difficult?
Cincinnati, OH is where Dan Brewington lives- surely a suitable psychologist can be found there. Particularly if he/she has to some a report to court.
Then there is more expense and more court costs.
Looks to me like the children are being used as a tool to get Brewington to comply. Is anyone thinking of the girls?
