 I commend Mr.Miller and Mr.Garner for posting their jail expansion alternative plan it is very informaive, factual, and has a common sense approach to fixing the true cause for the jail over-crowding issue, which is bad policy and even corruption run a muck. I applaud him for having the courage to stand up to the machine! Now, who's running for prosecutor next, about anyone would be better than FAN?!
