Subject: Martin Kove played Det. Victor Isbecki in the 1980s hit TV show "Cagney & Lacey." Gerald McRaney was on JAG twice in Season 6. He played the Marine Sgt. Major accused of killing his wife in "Miracles" then was found innocent in "Salvation", which is the episode in which Palmer claims he had visions of the Padre that the Sgt. Major saw. Gerald McRaney also starred in the title role of a TV series in the 1960s called "Major Dad." He was a Marine in that show as well.

[> [> [> Gerald had his first big role as Rick Simon in the'80s detective series "Simon & Simon". Later, after "Major Dad", he was a guest star on "Touched by and Angel" in the 90s and went on to star in his own show again called "Promised Land". After that ended, he started his guest starring role on JAG. -- The Chief (loved "Simon & Simon", but I had a crush on the other brother, AJ Simon, played by Jameson Parker), 20:50:17 05/31/11 Tue [1]
