Well, I met him last evening and had about a ten minute conversation, with him before he took his supper break with Stephanie in his trailer. what I find so devastating, despite the hug and the kiss on the cheek, is that the two pictures that were taken of us, did not come out on my camera, AND I did not check them until I was back in my car and there was no hope of getting a "redo".
WAAAAAAAAAAAH!

    - He is doing 16 - 18 hr days filming "Impact" right now but was over in Vancouver for a few scenes in "The Guard" earlier in the week. They have not killed him off yet but he said his character has broken up with Laura. They still wanted him to come back for other scenes, so it looks like he is still in it.   - The fact that he told you he had run around Stanley Park may be indicative that his knee has improved. Perhaps, not to marathon standards but enough for him to continue his running regime to some degree. Heads Up (for TONIGHT) to all UK DJEfans!!! Robbie Coltrane is scheduled to be the headliner, first interview on Late Night with Jonathan Ross on BBC1 London Friday night (TONIGHT) at 10:30 PM. Hopefully, he'll talk about 'Gooby'. I'm planning to watch, but if anyone else could do so (as a back up), that would be great. Fingers-crossed! Perhaps it goes back to his awkward teen-age years when many guys had problems with the opposite sex. IMDB has finally added DJE to the cast list for "Impact." Ironically it turns out they have also added Steven Culp, something I wasn't aware of before. I just noticed that the release date for The Rainbow Tribe on IMDB has been changed to Aug. 21 2008. I'm not sure what that means exactly since most movies are released on Fridays, and the 21st is a Thursday. - I emailed Dan Frisch about this and he told me that the new date is 'wishful thinking' on his part - that he's still holding out for a theatrical release for the movie. - Eeekkk! I just watched this movie, and it was simply awful. I hit ff every sex scene. I don't see why DJE took this role. It wasn't a good actor's role by any means, and it didn't show off his acting chops. Hey one thing I noticed: all the women in JAG must have been really tall, as the actress in this looked teeny tiny when she was with DJE. Sigh. I have been discreetly (like any good Canadian, LOL) haunting a few of the sets for the mini series, Impact. So far have not been able to see DJE on set yet. However, have chatted with quite a few helpful persons, including the producer of the series. He seemed quite impressed with my zeal and perserverence to my mission. Even gave me his business card to give him a call when I get back from my cycling trip in France and "no promises" but said he would try and set something up for me to meet him.
Here's hoping!?!?
