David remains in 5th place with 9470 votes. He passed one guy, but another guy who was trailing him by 213 votes serged ahead and now has a vote total of 10659 votes, putting David 1189 votes behind. - I'm actually finding the show pretty funny. My daughter picked up on the one wife knowing that her husband is gay. - I finally watched it last night, thanks to ABC online. It was funny, like many southerners are saying, I know people like that! The only thing that bothered me, other than DJE light on screentime, was the southern accents. Some were trying too hard and it sounded too fake. The Seven Network - perhaps stung by the ignition failure of "tent-pole TV" such as Flash Forward and The Event - seems to have been shopping in the rip-offs aisle for new series that match ones that have worked for them in the past.

Imagine their delight at snapping up Good Christian Bitches (its US title is Good Christian Belles), which has a distinctly Desperate Housewives desperation about it.

The buzz: A recently divorced mum moves back to the affluent Dallas neighborhood where she grew up to find herself in the whirling midst of salacious gossip, Botox, and fraud

So, how is everyone really feeling about DJE's new character, Ripp Cockburn, and show, GCB? It sure is quite the departure from our noble 'Harm' -- he's not so 'Close To Harm' in this role. Or maybe, as someone mentioned somewhere, this character might be what Harm WOULD be like as a married man. Also, DJE, imo, looks GREAT -- almost as young as he did when playing Harm -- what -- 7 years ago last?! Hunk of the Month Update 12/20: I have good news and bad news. David now has 9831 votes and passed four guys in the last 10 days, but one guy passed him, so David is now in 5th place. We also have a new leader who has 10493 votes, which means that David is now 409 votes behind.
