Subject: I agree, "j". Some of the things he has done have been severely cringeworthy. The airplane one (Code 1114?) wasn't too bad but it was predictable. Aside from JAG, DJE's best roles have been "Steve Mason" (Holiday Affair), "Christopher Paget" (Degree of Guilt ), "James Dodson" (Dodson's Journey), and "Carl the Moving Guy" (Seinfeld). Each showcased part of the "strong hero type" that DJE does so well, from the serious moods to the comic timing.

That's all very good and I assume necessary when you're trying to move on from a 10 year run, but some of the vehicles he chose were HORRIBLE (the sleazy movie) or his roles so miniscule as to showcase nothing.
