Hunk of the Month Update 12/10: David has received 4720 votes since the beginning of December and is currently in 8th place. The leader received 5066 votes, so he's 346 votes ahead of David. However, David is trailing four of those ahead of him by less than eighty votes, and one guy is trailing David by only nine votes, so it's a very close race. Keep up the good work, Ladies. The DVD I have - captured by a thoughtful friend - is crystal clear, but there's something missing that *is* on the VHS version. The network that the DVD was captured from CUT OFF the credits where the camera backs away from the train and it becomes the Lionel toy train from the beginning - a perfect bookend. Hunk of the Month Update 10/10: For the first time since I've been keeping track, David is leading the pack! He received 4816 votes since the 1st of the month. One guy is only 101 votes behind him and several others are within striking distance, so we sure can't stop voting now! Wouldn't it be great to lead all month and end up the winner? Often, guys are leading and then lose at the last minute. Hunk of the Month Update 9/20: David is now tied for 4th place with one other guy. He received 4230 votes in the last ten days, giving him a vote total of 7,854 votes as of today. The current leader, who was trailing David by only one vote at the last update, jumped ahead of David by 721 votes. Since tomorrow is David's birthday, let's all give him a present by voting for him. Hunk of the Month Update 7/15: Well, Ladies, there's good news and bad news. The good news is that David passed five guys and is now tied with another guy for 11th place. The bad news is that one guy is 2388 votes ahead of the two guys who are tied for 2nd place. I e-mailed the site to question the enormous lead, and this was their reply: "The number is right. I'm surprised that the number is that high, too. It's only the middle of the month and it's in the 7000's, I think the last several winners have been between only 8000 and 10000."
