There were my discharge books,pay slips,union paybooks and newsletters, seamen's mission activity sheets,linen dockets,telegrams telling me to report to ships, here there and everywhere. Cards advertising bars--does anyone remember the seven seas barin shimotsu-kho(all kinds of whisky,beer and soda, sukiyaki steaks and manylovely girls to serve you)?Roda bar genoa (fine liquors, cold beer, good and pretty girls)?.These items and many, many more certainly brought the memories.
