Finaly: As a frequent visiter to the Isle of man I have seen in the last few years notices posted at harbours, with an illustration, warning people of the dangers of phosphourus bombs being washed up from the Beauford Dyke dump. In fact a child was injured after comming into contact with one on the coast of the Mull of Galloway.
These small bombs become very dangerous when washed ashore and start leaking as there is a reaction when comming into contact with air.
I hope this is useful.
