because not all seamstresses can do it, may not have the equipment, and have to send it out to someone else. What area do you live in? I would check with some of the girls as to local dressmakers and talk to them. Good luck!

I have been making ID vests for 4 years. I make simple or fancy, bling, pattern, etc.
