FeisAmerica.com is up and running and accepting subscription orders now via PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Check out the new one-step ordering process!

We have removed some of the more vulnerable features (and have identified the exploit by the hacker), but you can still visit the Feis America store at www.cafepress.com/feisamerica/ as well as view our Ambassador program, Feis Chat, and Advertising information.

Issue 2 is just going to press... it's even better than issue #1!

Thanks for your patience. Everyone has been so wonderful and supportive and we sincerely appreciate it.

  • Boys Reel Shoes... Hi, I have a 14 year old who seems to go through reel shoes about every 4 or 5 months. He has grown into the largest size of Capezios (13.5 American) and his current pair have gone through at the base of the big toe. Can any dancers out there recommend other brands which may hold up longer or am I being too optimistic about the longevity of boys reel shoes?? -- Yorkshire mum, ex Germany mum, 13:21:06 10/25/08 Sat [9]

    1. Has anyone's son tried the Coors soft shoe with the strap? How did he like them? My son is intrigued by them but they cost around $30.00 more.
    2. Do your kids big toe wear out a hole in his soft shoe super quick? Mine does and I wonder what might be a solution.

He told me he had to bring in his dance shoes and I asked him why. He said he had his election speech that day and "every president should know how to dance" so he was going to dance. I asked about the people running against him - he said "no problems, she can't dance". Perhaps that should be the criteria for the upcoming elections. I will let you know if it works. LOL
