Subject: So how early to get to the ballroom? Scheduled after 126 girls and about 16 men/boys. Men scheduled to start at 9:30am. Last year, all new, sooo much waiting.

We waited and waited, not having a feel for when he'd need to jump up and dance. We know a bit better this year, but still unsure.
