Subject: Where can I get small Capezio Boys Reel Shoes? The smallest size I can find is 12, and my son would need a 10.5 or 11.

I find they are seasonal. target and payless have them for recital times.
If not your local ballet store always carry them. Sizes I don't know probably your local ballet store or discountdance.com
