Subject: I wouldn't hold your breath on getting them to last longer - my ds goes through a pair every 3-4 months. I suppose the Rutherford flexi soft shoes (they use the hard shoe form instead of the capezio jazz shoe) may be sturdier leather, but won't be as form fitting either.....
