Below is the 01 July 1941 "Young Men's Draft Registration WWII" for ELMER C.LOWERY". A hand written notation on the original says the "C." is initial only but family researchers say it stands for "CAIRNS". In 1941, he was a machinist's apprentice. He spent his entire life in Chester, PA. This is confirmed by the 1920, 1930, 1940 Census's and other documents. Coincidentally, his Mom was also named ANNA but his father was ELMER C. Sr..
Also, his Mom was born "DUNCAN" which was the middle name of SCOOTER's Dad, WILLARD. (I have the link to WILLARD's (1941) TN Death Certificate and will post it here if someone is interested).

The actual document says he is employed by the Queens Roller Skating Rink in Queens, NY. His mother (ANNA L.) lives at a different address in a nearby town.

Several years ago, some anonymous faker wrote to the webmaster of the "Our Gang Fandom Wikia" claiming to be a relative of SCOOTER's and would eventually reveal SCOOTER's whereabouts. The "FAKER" was submitting a correction to the Wikia saying SCOOTER was actually born in "December 1919".
If they were a family member, why didn't they know the precise birth date??? I knew it and DAVE had already posted it at ANM. They hadn't done their research and at that time, ANM wasn't the "GO-TO" authority that DAVE has since made it since then. I "had" to join the Wikia in order to post the above information and more (with sources) to let the webmaster know that he was being "conned". I haven't seen anything more from the FAKE SCOOTER relative!
Maybe we should put out a reward poster "SCOOTER LOWRY---Wanted Dead or Alive" as part of the "In Search of SCOOTER Fund" at ANM. It would probably bring FAKERS "out of the woodwork". (LOL).
