I think most BCS teams can pay some big bucks, for instance when Barnes went from the Big East it was Providence, who doesn't share in the BCS bucks. That's one of the big dividing things in college basketball, teams that get the BCS bucks are much better funded than teams not on the BCS bandwagon. Not only will BCS spilt D1 football teams into haves and have nots I also believe it will eventually filter down to D1 Basketball also, the dollars that BCS football can bring in to the big schools Athletic dept is staggering
