as for cleaning...yup, i hear you! i have most of the living room done, but then i got side-tracked into reading Battlefield Earth and have been lazing around all morning. i love that book...it's so cheezy. i'm also reading a book called The Last Vampire, about a vampire named sita. it's very good. i've seen someone around on a board somewhere with that name. forgot where.
very cool about your candleholders, they sound great! i have some nice small ones on my altar, and bigger ones that are silver flowers. then i have small stones scattered all about the altar because i love them so much. so you've turned into a froo-froo girl, huh? well *tries italics here hope it works* ewwwwwwwww! no, just kidding! think of it this way...it's just a facet of your nature, right? one bit, along with all the other bits. sometimes it comes out. i have the same thing now and then.
i think we are really much more complicated than we give ourselves credit for. humans i mean. i find it odd that people can just accept this world and wear the clothes they see on tv and go about a completely conformist life and never think twice about it. to be honest, i used to have a lot of contempt for people, most people. i guess i still do, but it is tempered now by a modicum of understanding. i think i see better now how easy it is to live the life of a sheep. it does not mean they are not complicated, they too have facets...but they follow the herd. i am a bit bitter about all this. i guess that's why i walk alone. rather be alone than one of the sheep.
looking back at what i wrote...does that sound high and mighty? i don't mean it to be. but the truth is, none of us would be here if we weren't different.
