An early reunion I attended, Steve Ray was sitting behind a table for sign-in and info package handout (We had talked on the phone, but I had not met him before). As I approached the table Steve seemed rather busy and was staring down at some paperwork. I stood infront of him briefly, and without looking up he said, "Name!" I told him, and he jumped up and as he ran around the table and I thought he was going to kick my butt or give me a big bearhug--wasn't sure--and with that grin of his he started pumping my hand like a jackhammer and said, Glad to meet ya! I don't know if Steve greeted everyone like that or not, but it was memorable for me :).

PS: Does anyone know where Steve was buried?
