Morning guys looks like a good morning here 25 miles south of Offutt. Tornado warnings a little west and lose of signal on the dish, yesterday but clear and cool this morning with a little frost on the pumpkins. I started out 30 Jan 67 at Oakland AFES CA went to Amarillo TX for basic, DDA to 328th APSQ at Richards Gebaur AFB KCMO. Left for Cam Ranh 20th of Dec, 68 when my Daughter was 19 days old. I figured the green weenie had my name on it because, I ended up with five PCS's in four years. Nam was my fourth. Other examples of how things went were, lived 60 miles from Travis, and shipped out from Seattle WA, asked for Beale and other northern CA bases on return and got March, in SO Cal. Could consider myself lucky to end up in my home state. Did a delayed re enlistment stayed out for 87 days and re enlisted and stayed for 20 years and four days, did two cross trainings after five years in the cops mostly LE and retired after my last of 13 PCS assignments at Griffis NY. Moved to NE to be close to wife's family and set my calendar back 50 yrs. Enjoy living out in the sticks.
