Thanks for the info. My old 35mm camera has the shutter setting of 1,000 on it but didn't realize it was a millisecond. I would wonder when did this discovery of increased speed get measured? Was it from time of Pharos's to this Year, or is this a annual increase. Things change with time, days get longer and shorter, seasons come and go but, I do think at times they may be a month off here in the mid west. I don't think I will worry about the earth's rotation speed until I start getting light on my feet.
