Just this morning while having my smoke before bed at 0200 I was reflecting back to the 50's. No joke like most of us I have a longing to see the 50's again. I grew up 25 mi. North East of Sacramento CA. About 1,800 people in the un corporate town of Citrus Heights. Now the pop of Sacramento county is larger than the whole state of NE. Interstate 80 was still under construction to four lane, plenty of jobs. Most mothers could stay home because men were men who stayed and cared for their families. If you needed a phone it was at home or a pay phone. Burger joints were not called restaurants. Things were going so well people didn't care what you were. Now I miss gathering at the local watering hole to talk with my friends. The sooner we get back to normal the better. If wearing a mask will help I am for it. It is kind of like lay off the booze so the penicillin can do it's job. We whipped Small Pox by everyone getting shots. Lets do this together. Larry Gramps LM401
