Donald Trump--who may have got us out of Vietnam in 1965-1966.

We all remember how we felt as NVA rolled over South Vietnam.
I wonder if the Terrorist Wars SFS and other troops feel that way today, as the Talban seize four more provincial capitals in Afghanistan...on their way to undoing any good the US accomplished there; at great cost in lives, treasure, and unknown PTSD and died-of-wounds deaths in the future.

The 'No Victory' pattern has continued for a century now: WWI (skip WWII), Korea, Vietnam...and now, Afgahanistan.

It is as always, the military bare the burden as do their families.

So. Once more. Donald Trump is the weapon in the White House and Commander in Chief I would have liked to have had in 1965-1966 to possibly, probably, have extracted us form that mess when deaths were less than 5,000 rather than 58,000 and countless ongoing lingering Agent Orange suffering thereafter. Not meaning to be political (and please do not reply as such: both parties share equal sin for past wars without victory), my weapon-tech-solution definitely is '45' if he returns, and thus saves our brothers and sister in waste-less-endless wars so long as he is President.
