Subject: YOU'RE KIDDING ME--Left-Coast Souther CA Edison turned off electric power in the middle of Thanksgiving!

Gents,

I hope all had a great Thanksgiving! We did despite left-coast politics deciding it was a good idea to turn electricity off right in the middle of Turkey Day because of wind. Our family had gathered and the turkey had cooked for the first two hours with an hour to go--everyone was in pain smell the Thanksgiving meal cooking.

Nevertheless--a little ingenuity saved the day and we put the turkey in the outdoor barbeque and fired'er up. It was the tenderest fall-off-the bone turkey I've ever had!

Here comes Christmas!
