Subject: LOD (AUG) of Charles David Orsua. PR, 15 Jul 1969

On 15 Jul 1969, Phan Rang AB (PR): Augmentee Airman Charles Orsua was killed Line of Duty while driving a jeep that rolled over on top of him while transversing a curve near a mortar pit.

On that date at 1543 hours, PR received a Stand Off attack of three (3) incoming Rockets or Mortars. I am curious to know if anyone knows the approximate Time of death for A3C Orsua, and proximity where the "Incoming" hit and the fatal crash?
