"The truth is, I gave up coffee this morning as part of my give-up-caffeine-for-my-New-Year's-Resolution," KS tells the crowd. "I thought to myself, why not have everyone give up caffeine with me."

"Why not, I'll tell you why not," CW begins, smoke blowing out her ears.

KS beams at her, as if CW hasn't spoken. She flings her arms wide. "I give you -- my friends and Sis -- the gift of health! Merry Christmas!"

"Oh, um, eh, Merry Christmas, KS," the hormonal crowd mumbles.

KS smiles and then turns back to Kande and slaps her on the back. "Well, Cyst-y (get it, Sis-tee?) where's that scalpel?" KS rubs her hands briskly together. "Where were we?"

--KS, who really did stop drinking coffee this morning as part of my stop-caffeine campaign which will accumulate with NO MORE PEPSI beginning January 1.
