I'm still with Lost, I gave up on 24 two seasons ago. Got tired of the same old, same old all the time.

Well since we've covered the past of the Lostaways and were covering their future until we caught up to it, I guess sideways was all we had left. It's a bit disappointing to see that many of them seem to be reaching the same type of redemption that they also got on the island, I would have thought being on the island was better than continuing their lives. I thought the sideways stuff would prove that the crash was necessary to their lives. Perhaps this will be the case.

I think I can see the ending, someone has to be the new Jacob and stay on the island forever. That is why they were brought there, for a final battle with smoke monster/fake Locke. I hope all the answers are coming but I've read the producers say they won't wrap it all up in a neat little bow. So we'll either think the ending is brilliant or a cop out.

I really want the real Locke to come back. One theory is that the sideways versions will come to the island and meet themselves. So that way, we'll have Locke back. He and Hurley are my favorites. I'm sick of the Jack-Kate-Sawyer triangle and not interested in who'll end up with who by the end. I hope Sun & Jin reunite, why didn't Sun go back to 1977 when the others all did? Made no sense other than to hold back their happiness.

Only 9 more eps to go. Really looking forward to it. Lost is my only show now, gave up on Heroes and Dollhouse was canceled. I'll watch The Pacific mini-series on HBO starting this Sunday. That's Speilberg & Hanks' sequel to Band of Brothers which focuses on World War II in the Pacific. I suppose I'm the only one interested in this here. I always thought a good bit for Lost would have been for them to run into Japanese & American WW2 era troops on the island.
