I also thought your sketch was messy and unfocused, but I liked it overall. I wrote the earlier review under the name Wanda Sykes that didn't come out well. Here is how my thoughts differed from JPIII's - I liked the Norm comedy a lot; I thought it was done well.
I did not like the reasons given why Jeff was fired. I thought it would have been better to go with infighting as the main cause, such as Jimmy seriously saying "you once bumped into Tina Fey with your elbow and didn't even say sorry. This upset Tina a lot, and she had a bad Weekend Update man. You should have taken responsibility."
If you'd like, I can rewrite my review. I think I can almost remember it word for word.
