Well, the oscar bitterness sounds like a neat bit. I don't really know what to help you with there, though. The only thing I canthink of would be Dillon bitterly admitting that "It could have gone worse for me - I could have been in "Munich" instead." Other than that, the only plot idea I could think of would be Dillon announcing how he plans to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.
