Sketch endings are difficult. I'm not quite sure what to tell you, because I feel like I would have to read the sketch. Some things to think about:

What is the conflict in this scenario and has it been resolved? If it's been resolved but doesn't feel complete, then you're looking for a clincher, some gag to get in one final laugh. If it hasn't, then your problem is you're stuck for a way of resolving it.

Why did the plan fail? I'd assume that's what they're discussing. Are they unable to figure it out? Maybe someone could jump up and be like, "Ha! It failed because I'm actually a spy!" If they did pinpoint what the failing was, then I guess they can either give up on the whole thing, or come up with a new plan.
Or maybe soldiers break in and arrest everyone. Who knows.
