Okay, let's get down to it. I'll be doing it in the same format Prateek did, analyzing each joke by itself (except for the first six, which were mine). Let's get it on!

Palmiero - pretty good, but Clinton jabs are becoming a little old.

Pauly Shore commentary - again, the celebrity parodies are getting a little stale. You can't expect a comedy skit to ride on an exaggerated charicature. Clever dialogue and plots are needed as well. I'm sorry, but I just didn't like this.

Therapy - these "in a related story" common sense/common knowledge jokes are getting stale as well.

Bob Dylan - same with the list jokes, old hat.

NCAA/ Native Americans - I would have loved a visual for this, it seems hilarious.

Last Meal - so-so, it did have a morbid, yet slightly humorous edge.

Melissa Ethridge - it's a simple punchline, but the delivery is quite good.

Airplane molestation - good "Twilight Zone" reference, but lacking in humor.

Airplane crash - the punchline was out of left field, and it was quite cute.

Robert Blake - Blake's 15 minutes of "I evaded justice" fame are over, stop talking about him.

Both Bush jokes - dear God, the Bush jokes are horrible as of late. Please, treating him like a third grader and making him say stupid things are not funny. It's hackneyed, and it's the lowest form of political humor. Please, raise the level of poking fun at the president, they should be more clever and not simply rely on treating Dubya like a mentally challenged child.

Katherine Harris - it got off track, I couldn't follow it, I didn't like where it ended up.

Mark Wahlberg - bleh, another washed up celebrity joke.

Bill O'Reiley - yet another problem with exaggerated celebrity parodies, and this one doesn't even keep in tune with O'Reiley's actual personality. His rude, bombastic behavior was quite a put off.

Eddie Murphy - okay, that makes how many has-been celebrity jokes this week? And another bad punchline.

All STar game in Vegas - this was good, a very nice set up and effective delivery. Good job.

Palmiero/McCartney calls - oh God, I couldn't get through these. Please, please, whomever wrote this, I beg you - stop with the lame celebrity parodies! Please!

Okay, I guess that's it. I guess I should say that this is one of the reasons I don't really like doing WU reviews, because when I point out a lot of jokes I considered to be poor, I feel like I'm upsetting a number of writers who sent in those jokes, or in some cases one writer who sent in many of those jokes. So, I mean no offense to those who wrote the jokes I didn't find that funny, but that's just my opinion, and my constructive criticism. As my parents have told me, you can't become a successful comedian if your material isn't funny and everyone tells you it is.

Thank you for reading, and please send all angry mail to hurricanejbb@comcast.net.
