Subject: Anyone could have won, and it was up to the final question to sort it all out as far as I was concerned. Does exposure to other pageants give an unfair advantage? Sure does, no one disagrees with that. In reality, any beauty pageant really is an extremely glorified interview process for a job that only lasts 1 year. And like any interview process, the more practice that you acquire and get, the more prepared you are to do well. Does that necessarily mean that you will win? Well it does give you an advantage, so I do agree with that point that my fellow posters make.

When it is was down to the final 2, Sahar and Samantha were my final 2 choices as well. Both were clearly the stand out delegates that night in my opinion, they rocked the pageant. Did their previous experience give them an advantage, probably yes. But I wasn't influenced by the candidates association with BOC or with Denis or whether she resided in Toronto. On that evening at 10:28 pm Samantha was selected as the representative of MUC for 2008. And I am very happy for her. (NT)mitch19:28:58 04/30/08 Wed
