The school we joined is a good school, but the teacher was disorganised. TC was lovely, but constantly late for class and I can't tell you how many time we showed up for class to find the carpark dark and empty because she forgot to let us know the class was cancelled. found a new school and enrolled there, even then I still didn't even know transferring was a "problem"! I just thought, here's another school that has class times that suit us better, we will just go there. DD was young and only new to competing, so it wasn't a problem to do a ban.

Fast forward several years and we could have transferred again. DD was being continually bullied by another dancer and decided that instead of the horror of transferring, she would quit dancing all together.

If transferring wasn't such a big deal, maybe she would have kept dancing, which she loved and was very good at, but her shy personality stopped her because of the fuss it would have made.
