In reply to: No amount of proof will satisfy the conspiracy theorist. 's message, "LOL this topic comes up at every States & Nationals. Do you seriously think the adjudicators scroll through every schools social media account to help them judge? My daughter does throwbacks of last year's States as she gets very excited at this time of the year and I'm guessing all schools do as well. If I owned a school and had a number of State/National/World Champions I would be using them at every opportunity to promote my dance school, not to promote any kind of dishonesty. Social media is a free marketing tool that can target the required audience in large numbers." on Tue, Aug 06 2019, 13:20:22"

There's no harm in promoting a school by featuring their champ dancers BUT when they ramp it up to an absolute frenzy prior to their regional qualifier it doesn't take Sherlock to realise they have ulterior motives. It's not about "scrolling" through - it's called a Newsfeed where a post appears whether you're on a particular page or not. Are your daughter's social media accounts public? Does she have followers who are regular adjudicators? If not, then there's a big difference between her posts and that of a school.
