NANS is very likely to be cancelled now. The US have cancelled nearly all other large sporting events, NBA, NFL, NHL....in fact everything is cancelled! What makes you think ID is more important than any of these? Those who planned to go to worlds or NANS need to stop living in denial and start changing their plans. Addressing this health crisis is much more important than an ID competition.
