Subject: This sort of behaviour is not an isolated incident. Anyone involved in Australian Irish Dance knows how long it has been going on for and swept under the rug. When a school paints beauty spots on their dancers, at a nationals not so long ago, to allow easy recognition, it should have prompted an investigation. As it also happens, there is an entire thread on Mid America Voy regarding these identifiable costumes.
